36 hours of skin contact in destemmed bunches before fermentation. Stainless still fermentation no temperature control, part aged in chesnut barrels with no batonage. Not filtered.

SARAVÁ Skin Contact Trajadura 2020 - 750ml
Maceration with 90% destemmed, 10% whole bunches. Pressed in vertical manual press, maceration until end of Spring, bottled end of Summer. Aged in clay tinajas and chestnut barrels. Not filtered.

2000 bottles – Harvest October 2
Loureiro with 36 hours of skin contact in destemmed bunches before fermentation. Trajadura with maceration until the end of Spring (90% destemmed, 10% whole bunches). After maceration, some of the wine aged in chestnut barrels, some in stainless steel and a small part in tinajas and demijhons. Not filtered.
Boxes of 6 bottles – 100 boxes each europallet
