24 hours of skin contact in destemmed bunches before fermentation. Stainless steel and chestnut barrels fermentation, part aged in chestnut barrels with no batonage. No fining, not filtered.

SARAVÁ Skin Contact Trajadura 2021 - 750ml

3100 bottles // 30% Trajadura, 70% Loureiro

Maceration with 90% destemmed, 10% whole bunches. 4 months maceration, pressed in vertical manual press. No fining, not filtered.

Rosé Wine made with some whole bunches and some destemmed bunches of red grapes in white must during fermentation in glass and stainless steel. 3 months maceration. No fining, not filtered.
