Destemmed, 12 hours of skin contact before fermentation. 65% stainless steel fermentation and aging. 30% chestnut 300L barrels fermentation and aging. 5% clay tinajas aging.

3100 bottles // 30% Trajadura, 70% Loureiro

Maceration with 95% destemmed, 5% whole bunches.

5 months maceration, pressed in vertical manual press. 3 month in chestnut barrels and clay tinajas.
