Destemmed, 6 hours of skin contact/maceration before fermentation. 65% stainless steel fermentation and aging. 30% chestnut 300L barrels fermentation and aging. 5% clay tinajas aging.

SARAVÁ Skin Contact Trajadura 2023 - 750ml

5000 bottles // 25% Trajadura, 75% Loureiro

Maceration with 95% destemmed, 5% whole bunches.

4 months maceration, pressed in vertical manual press. 2 month in chestnut barrels and clay tinajas.

Destemmed Loureiro, direct press, fermented in stainless steel in contact with whole bunches of vinhão mainly and other red grapes. 3 months maceration. Pressed and bottled young.

Saravá Espadeiro 2023 - 750ml

1800 bottles

Red Wine 100% Espadeiro, destemmed and fermented in open tanks before pressing and then 3 months on stainless steel.

Red wine from vines over 80 years old in the Douro, harvested in early September. Partially destemmed, fermented in stainless steel, manually pressed, 50% aged in used 500L oak barrel.

Saravá Saravô White 2023 - 750ml

750 bottles

Made from old vineyeards, more than 80 years old, harvest middle August, manual vertical press. Stainless steel fermentation, aged in 225L 10 year old french oak.
