Destemmed bunches, direct press. Stainless steel tank fermentation. Part of the malolactic fermentation made after bottling. No sulfites added.

Maceration with 95% destemmed, 5% whole bunches.
4 months maceration, pressed in vertical manual press. 3 month in chestnut barrels and clay tinajas.

Partially destemmed Loureiro, direct press, fermented in stainless steel in contact with whole bunches of red grapes. 3 months maceration. Pressed and bottled young.

Destemmed, 6 hours of skin contact/maceration before fermentation. 65% stainless steel fermentation and aging. 30% chestnut 300L barrels fermentation and aging. 5% clay tinajas aging and 5% raw granit aging.

Made from old vineyeards, more than 80 years old, harvest middle August, manual vertical press. Stainless steel fermentation, aged in 225L 10 year old french oak.
